Our costs are transparent, and as a small business we appreciate realistic pricing. We are happy to be flexible in our approach and can offer assistance in various areas of day-to-day HR, all tailored to your business.

retainer

Between £50-£350 per month

Would you prefer to pay a monthly fee and have it all? On a retained package, for a monthly fee you can have unlimited advice, assistance on project work, or anything People focused, 24/7. The retainer is reviewed every 3 months to ensure you are getting the most out of your agreement. Costs will be based on needs/headcount

Essentials Package

£350

This package includes a standard health check across all HR/People practices. This package would include 1 day onsite, or virtually, depending on your requirements. Thereafter, a full report will be provided on recommendations. The health check would include a full HR audit, HR practice guidance, employment contracts/policies and procedures. Templates will then be given, along with how-to guides and other relative documentation, tailored to your Organisation.

Personalised Package

If you have a special project on the horizon, such as implementing a people strategy, a requirement for a restructure, manager training and development or a well-being action plan, we can help. We will partner with you to develop the project, finalise and implement. Costs will be determined after initial consultation.
